Winter Greens

A colourful mix of outdoor salad greens including hardy green and red lettuces, purple mizuna, kale, choho (like pak choi) and other asian greens, brocolli, endive, lamb's lettuce, radicchio and spinach as available. Pea sprouts, cilantro, dill and other indoor greens available during the coldest times when the tunnels are too cold to open.  Extra is usually given dependent on growing conditions.
