Pea Microgreens

With sweet notes, this nutritious green is a real winner with kids, is easy to wash and prepare and keeps well in the fridge. Simply throw them on any meal. It grows fast and leafy and provides more bulk than other types of microgreens. I have a client who excitedly eats them right out the bag as soon as I deliver.
