Summer Greens and Herbs: June - Sept

Available greens include:

New Zealand spinach, Malabar spinach, swiss chard, sweet potato leaves, red and green amaranth, heat tolerant lettuce, collards, kale, cabbage, radicchio and brocolli greens.  Some greens are subject to availability due to pest and disease pressure. We prefer to cook the spinach types, sweet potato greens and Swiss Chard and eat the other types raw.

Available herbs include red and green basil, thyme, parsley, cilantro, dill and garlic tops.

Prices vary from $5/300 grams to $10/300 grams.
